Pregnancy

Pregnancy

If you have had sexual intercourse, pregnancy is a possibility (even if protection was used).  A missed period is usually the first sign.

Other symptoms of pregnancy may include:

  • Breast tenderness

  • Nausea/vomiting

  • Frequent urination

  • Bloating

  • Headaches

  • Fatigue

  • Appetite change

If you have had a positive home test or think you may be pregnant, you should stay well hydrated, get plenty of rest, eat a balanced diet, and avoid drugs (including non-prescription drugs) alcohol and tobacco.
